This synergy aims to combine the high precision of Leitz CMMs with the advanced features of Calypso software, thus offering measurement solutions of the highest quality.
Software CALYPSO
CALYPSO software, synonymous with efficiency and performance in industrial metrology. Its CAD heart architecture allows you to perform all conceivable measurements quickly and intuitively, saving time when programming and measuring prismatic components.
Complete graphical support for displaying measurement strategies and input data. Reduced use of the keyboard and low margin of error thanks to the automatic recognition of the measured elements and the automatic generation of CNC measurement programs.
Possibility of importing 3D CAD drawings in SAT or SAB format for optimal graphic representation and off-line programming of CNC measuring cycles. Optional CAD interfaces are available for other CAD formats.
PMI function, compatible with CAD mathematics generated by CATIA V5, SIEMENS NX, SOLIDWORKS and CREO PARAMETRIC systems.

RENISHAW Controller
The CMM update process is carried out with the implementation of the Renishaw numerical control, for which an optimized interface has been developed that guarantees perfect compatibility with the complex functions offered by the Zeiss Calypso software.
