PORTABLE ARMS & LASER SCANNERS
MICROSERVICE is the exclusive reseller for Italy of the portable products by PMT, a company specialising in the manufacturing of measuring arms and laser scanners with high technical performance, excellent ergonomics and considerable value for money.
PMT ARMS
3 models of 6 and 7 axis arms: ALPHA E, ALPHA M e ALPHA P
Choose a 7-axis for scanning ergonomics
The 7-axis arm offers greater freedom of movement, indispensable for optimal scanner utilisation.
Choose the ALPHA M version for greater economy and the ALPHA P for maximum precision.
Choose a 6-axis for probing and precision
The 6-axis arms are designed for precision. They are mainly used for inspection tasks with high requirements.
Choose the ALPHA E version for low costs, the ALPHA M for excellent value for money and the ALPHA P for maximum precision.
6 axis – models E, M and P
7 axis- model M
7 axis – model P
PMT SCANNERS
To meet different inspection demands in shop-floor, PMT blue light laser scan arm can help finish mass inspection work, and measure complex curve surface precisely that contact probe cannot. With easy operation and maximum measuring scope, we can get all desired data for analysis and verification in a bid to improve production quality.
Each PMT measuring arm passes rigorous tests including Extreme Temperature Cycling (-20℃~60℃) and Shock and Vibration Testing per International Electrotechnical Commission(IEC) Standard. In accordance with ISO10360-12, PMT measuring arm has passed strict accuracy verification in a bid to make sure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of measurements in a variety of environments.
When …
problems of accessibility and transportability of the parts to be measured make it difficult to use traditional coordinate measuring machines, manual measurement with articulated arms proves to be the most advantageous solution in terms of cost and speed of inspection.
Applications
PMT arms can be used for rapid prototyping, dimensional inspection, reverse engineering and 3D scanning in a wide variety of manufacturing sectors, such as AUTOMOTIVE, AEROSPACE, ENERGY, EARTH MOVEMENT MACHINERY, ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING, FOUNDRY, FORESTRY, ART&RESTAURING, etc.
Choosing to measure with articulated arms can not only help improve the quality of machining, but also improve machining efficiency and reduce production costs through timely feedback of machining results.
